1. 在 Microsoft Azure 入口網站，以全域管理員身分登入 B2C 用戶。
2. 在 Azure services 選單下，按一下 Azure AD B2C。
3. 從左窗格中，選取 App registrations，然後按一下New registration。
4. 在 Register an application 頁，執行下列步驟：
◦ 在 Supported account types 欄位中，選取 Accounts in any identity provider or organizational directory (for authenticating users with user flows)。
◦ 在 Redirect URI (recommended) 欄位中，使用下列值新增類型為 "Web" 的重新導向 URI：https://<Host>:<port>/Thingworx/oidc/SSO
◦ 在 Permissions 欄位中，確保已選取 Grant admin consent to openid and offline_access permissions 核取方塊。
