Create or Invite Users in Microsoft Entra ID
In order to create or invite user in Microsoft Entra ID, you must be assigned the Global Administrator role in the Active Directory.
1. Log in to the Microsoft Azure portal as the Global Administrator.
2. Under Azure services, click Microsoft Entra ID.
3. Under the Microsoft Entra ID menu, select the Users option.
4. From the New User page, select one of the following options:
◦ Create new user
◦ Invite external user
5. Enter the user’s information.

When creating users, ensure that the correct domain name is displayed.

6. After users are created or invited, they are displayed in the users list.
