Create or Invite Users in Azure AD
In order to create or invite user in Azure AD, you must be assigned the Global Administrator role in the Active Directory.
1. Log in to the Azure AD portal as the Global Administrator.
2. Under the Azure Active Directory menu, select the Users option.
3. From the New User page, select one of the following options:
◦ Create user
◦ Invite user
4. Enter the user’s information.

When creating users, ensure that the correct domain name is displayed.

5. After users are created or invited, they are displayed in the users list.
