Import the AD FS SSL Certificate
Follow the steps below to import the AD FS SSL certificate into the ThingWorx Java cacerts file.
1. Navigate to the following location:
https://<ADFS_FQDN>/adfs/ls/IdpInitiatedsignon.aspx
2. In the address bar, click View Site Information and select Certificate.
3. Export the certificate using the Certificate Export Wizard.
4. Import the certificate to the Java cacerts file on the ThingWorx server.
