You can use all characters supported by Creo Parametric in file names, parameter names, and parameter contents for Creo Expert Moldbase Extension.

Benefits and Description
There is support for project names, subassembly names, component names, EMX parameter names, and for configuration files for part names. For a customized configuration, converting the part names configuration file to UTF-8 encoding is recommended.
