次のテーブルに、スコアカードツールで使用される判定基準の計算式をリストします。
判定基準 | 計算式 |

使用可能な OEE 合計 | Total Effective Time / (total number of hours in the date range * number of work centers in the filtered equipment) |
損失時間の合計 | Planned Production Time + Overtime - Total Effective Time |
平均スループット | Production Quantity / Total Production Time |
生産数 | Total quantity of good materials produced |
スクラップ率 | Total count of scrapped materials / (Production Quantity + total count of scrapped materials) |
完了したジョブ | Number of completed job orders |
スケジュールされたジョブ | Number of job orders that are scheduled + number of job orders that are completed |
計画生産時間 | (Total number of hours in the date range * number of work centers in the filtered equipment) - Overtime - time outside of a scheduled shift |
超過作業時間 | Time in production outside of a scheduled shift + time during overtime shifts |
生産時間合計 | Planned Production Time + time spent in production outside of a scheduled shift |
有効時間合計 | Good Count * Ideal Cycle Time |
