The following sections provide information for getting started with Digital Performance Management (DPM).
To get started with Digital Performance Management (DPM), complete the following steps:
2. Import your data into DPM.
Work with
PTC Implementation Services or your system integrator to import your data into
DPM. For more information, contact your
PTC Customer Success Manager (CSM) at
CSMTeam@ptc.com.
3. Set up your user roles and users.
Work with
PTC Implementation Services to establish the necessary user groups and permissions for the roles you want to use in
DPM. For more information, contact your
PTC Customer Success Manager (CSM) at
CSMTeam@ptc.com.
Once the user groups and permissions for your roles are in place, ThingWorx Administrators can add users to these groups to grant access to DPM.
