Note: The deprecated enums PRO_MECH_DISPLACEMENT_CYL_ANGULAR, PRO_MECH_DISPLACEMENT_CYL_AXIAL and PRO_MECH_DISPLACEMENT_CYL_RADIAL_ONLY will be set as PRO_MECH_DISPLACEMENT_PIN.
