To Set Directory Defaults
1. Click > . The Creo Schematics Options dialog box opens.
2. Click Directories. The Set default locations page opens.
3. Type a path to the default directory in the relevant box or click Browse and browse to select the default directory.
4. Click OK.
5. For the changes to take effect, quit the application. Click Save when prompted to save defaults, and then restart the application.
You can use an environment variable to set the default directories and the path to the central catalog. Use the full path or part of the path. A $ must come before the variable name. See the examples below:
• $HOME
• $HOME\csv
• c:\$USERNAME\data
