To Set the Color of Selected Objects
1. In an open sheet, select an object and do one of the following operations:
◦ Click >

.◦ Right-click and select Properties from the shortcut menu. The Properties dialog box opens. Click the Color button.
The Select a Color dialog box opens.
2. Select the color to set and click OK.
