To Import or Export a Customized User Interface File
2. Click > > . The Customize the Ribbon page opens.
3. Click Import/Export.
4. To export customizations, click Export all Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar customizations. The Export dialog box opens.
5. Select a directory to save the file.
6. Accept the default file name or type a new one.
7. Click Save. The file is saved as a User Customization *.ui file.
8. To import a customization file click Import customization file. The Open dialog box opens.
9. Select the user customization file to open.
10. Click Open.
