To Compact Variable Indexes
1. In an open design, select the shape whose indexes you want to compact.
2. Click Data and then click the arrow next to Fix Index.
3. Click 
Compact Indicies.
Compact Indicies.4. If required, generate a report of the variable group's ports to view changes.
