Insert Result Windows from Template Dialog Box
Use the Insert Result Windows from Template dialog box to define the contents of a result window using a template.

New from Template and select results to display. After you select a results file the
Insert Result Windows from Template dialog box opens.
This dialog box contains the following items:
• Design Study Selection—Use this area to select a design study or analysis.
• Design Study—Select a design study.
• Analysis—Select an analysis.
• Template Selection—Select the result windows template you want to use for the results. You can select a template from the Template Selection drop-down list. Alternatively browse to select a template. The drop-down list displays templates available at various locations, in the following order:
◦ The working directory
Only templates that are suitable for the selected analysis or design study are displayed. Point to a template name to view the full path of the template.
|  In Creo Simulate Lite the Template Selection list displays a default results template irrespective of the value of the sim_pp_template_dir. |
• Load Set Selection—Determine whether to show results for one or several of the load sets in the analysis. You must also decide whether to create a result window for each load set, or to combine load sets to create one result window. This section appears only if your analysis contains more than one load set.
• Mode Selection—Determine whether to show results for one or several of the modes from the modal analysis. You must also decide whether to create a result window for each mode, or to combine the modes and create one result window. This section appears only if your analysis contains more than one mode.
• Step Selection—Determine whether to show results for one or several of the steps in the analysis. You must also decide whether to repeat the analysis for each step, or to combine the steps and create one result window. his section appears only if your analysis contains more than one load step or time step.
If the template and options combine to produce more than 16 windows, then only the first 16 will be shown.
