Buckling Load Factor and Optimization Studies

If you have defined an optimization study with one limit specifying that a BLF is greater than some positive value and an additional limit specifying that the same BLF is less than zero, Creo Simulate interprets this as BLF > N OR BLF < 0, where N is the positive value.

If for any parameter values all the BLFs become less than zero, the study will continue, and the upper limit BLF > N is ignored.

If for any parameter values any BLF is greater than zero, the lower limit BLF < 0 is ignored, and the optimizer will try to drive the BLF above the upper limit.
