To Move a Spline Along With the Control Polygon
Select any point on the spline, control polygon or an endpoint, and drag it to a new location.
• If you select any point on the spline other than an endpoint, and drag, the spline comes back to its original position.
• If you select an endpoint on the spline and drag, the spline and all the control polygon entities scale and rotate as a single unit.
• If you select a vertex on the control polygon and drag, only the two adjacent control polygon lines move.
To rotate a spline along with its control polygon, use the Move & Resize command.
