About Working with B-Splines
You can use existing b-splines in Sketcher that were created, for example, using surface.
You can use a b-spline in the following ways:
Select a b-spline as a reference. For example, select a b-spline as a reference in the References dialog box.
Create an aligned entity in Sketcher, based on a b-spline. For example, use the Project tool to project a b-spline.
Create a construction geometry or a regular geometry using a b-spline. For example, import a b-spline into Sketcher.
You can cut and paste, resize, and rotate b-splines in Sketcher. You cannot view or edit the all of the interpolation points.

* You cannot directly create a b-spline in Sketcher.
