To Copy and Untrim a Trimmed Surface or Quilt When Copying
1. Select the trimmed surface or quilt to copy.

2. Surface to copy
2. Press CTRL+C, or click Model > Copy. The selected surfaces or quilts are copied to the clipboard.
3. Press CTRL+V, or click Model > Paste. The Copy tab opens.
4. Right-click and choose the commands below from the shortcut menu, or click the Options tab and select one of the following options:
Untrim to envelope—Copies the surface or quilt and removes all internal contours. For the copied surface or quilt, it creates an outer contour using an envelope of the current contour.
Untrim to domain of definition—Copies the surface or quilt and removes all internal contours. For the copied surface or quilt, it creates an outer contour that corresponds to the surface domain of definition.
For quilts, each surface of the quilt is copied separately, resulting in a separate quilt for each copied surface.
