To Convert a Copied Surface to an Inner Boundary Copy

Part Modeling > Edit Features > Copy and Paste > Using Paste > Copying and Pasting Surfaces and Curves > To Convert a Copied Surface to an Inner Boundary Copy

1. Select an existing copied surface in the Model Tree.

2. Right-click and choose

Edit Definition from the shortcut menu. The Copy tab opens.

3. Click the Options tab, and select Copy Inside boundary. The Boundary curve collector appears.

4. Select a closed curve, or set of curves that will close, that lies on a quilt.

5. Click

. The specified inside boundary is copied.
