To Annotate a Failure using the Troubleshooter
1. In Resolve mode, click Tools > Geometry Checks. The Troubleshooter dialog box opens.
2. In the Note column, select the check box for the item you want to annotate. The note appears in the message area of the Troubleshooter dialog box.
3. To edit the note, click the message area. A cursor appears.

* When you edit a note in the Troubleshooter dialog box and do not make it an annotation note, your changes are discarded when you close the dialog box.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each note you want to make.
5. Click Edit > Create Annotation Notes.
6. Click OK. The annotation notes are created and the Troubleshooter dialog box closes.

* When you reopen the Troubleshooter dialog box to edit the note, the annotation note in the graphics window is not updated automatically. You must erase the note in the graphics window and recreate it to display the changes.
