To Enter Legacy Part Mode to Create a Part
1. Click File > New.
2. In the New dialog box, specify the type of Legacy object by clicking Part in the Type box.
3. Type a name for the part in the Name box or accept the default.
4. Click OK.
5. Click the Legacy button from the Quick Access Toolbar or the tab on the ribbon. The LEGACY PRT menu appears.

 Before you can enter the Legacy mode, you must add the Legacy button to the Quick Access Toolbar or to an existing tab on the Creo Parametric Ribbon user interface. Refer To Enter Legacy for details. |
6. Select one of the following:
◦ Feature—Creates a new feature.
◦ Wireframe—Alters the wireframe object.
◦ Surface—Creates or modifies an existing surface, as well as removes selected imported surfaces.
