To Create an Arc Using Tang End
Tang End creates an arc with its first endpoint tangent to another open entity, not a circle or an ellipse.
1. Click Sketch > Arc > 3 Point / Tangent End.
2. Select the endpoint of another entity. An arc attaches at the endpoint of the entity.
3. Pick the endpoint of the arc.
