Resuming the dimension selection process
1. Click on in the Tolerance Analysis window to resume dimension selection. Notice that the candidate dimensions are displayed again.
2. Select the machined depth where the case mates with the end cap (.070 +.005/-.003).
No more dimensions from the end cap are required.
3. Click the outer case to display the candidate dimension for that part.
4. Select the dimension between the machined ends (8.00±.01).
No more dimensions from the case are required.
5. Click the right end cap to display the candidate dimension for that part.
6. Select the machined depth where the case mates with the end cap (.070 +.005/-.003).
7. Select the bearing bore depth (.673±.005).
No more dimensions from the right end cap are required.
8. Click the spring washer to display the candidate dimension for that part.
9. Select the (.042±.002).
Since the endpoint of this dimension is aligned with the second measurement reference, the dimension loop is complete. The application automatically terminates the selection process, analyzes the dimension loop, and displays the results on the Results tab.
