To Perform a Pushing or a Pulling Analysis
You must have at least one active manikin in the scenario to follow this procedure.
1. Click
Manikin >
Pushing or Pulling (Snook) Analysis. The
Pushing and Pulling (Snook) Analysis dialog box opens.
2. Select a manikin.
3. Type or select values for the following parameters:
◦ Effort type—Push or pull.
◦ Distance—Distance the load is pushed or pulled.
◦ Frequency—Push or pull per unit of time.
◦ Initial load—Initial weight of the load.
◦ Sustained load—Sustained weight of the load.
4. Click Compute.
5. Review the results.
6. Save the analysis or add it to the Model Tree as a feature.
