By default, analysis_creat_tmp_file_on_regen is set to yes and Creo Parametric creates temporary output files when you define analysis feature. If you set the configuration option to no, you can create temporary output files on the Model Tree by opening the shortcut menu on the Analysis feature and clicking Open<analysis>File command, where <analysis> is MS Excel or PTC Mathcad.
