The Geometric Tolerance Is Over-Constraining
The geometry attributes that are constrained by this geometric tolerance are already constrained by a similar geometric tolerance. Thus, from a feature constraint standpoint the geometric tolerance may not be necessary. Although the tolerancing standards allow for a feature to be over-constrained, you should only do so if there are multiple functional requirements for the feature.
