This example shows a Roughing NC sequence to machine the part shown in the following figure. As the part has a quilt surfaces, you must set the Surface Side option to specify which side of the surface is to be machined.

The resulting tool path from each setting shown in the next two figures. In Image 1, the surface side option is set to machine the inner surface. In the Image 2, the surface side option is set to machine the outer surface.
