To Create or Modify the UDF-MFG Criteria Name Association File
1. Click Tools > Mfg Criteria – UDF Files Setup. A dialog box opens. The name of this dialog box is the value that you have specified for the mfg_udf_info_setup_file configuration option. For example, if you have specified the value for the mfg_udf_info_setup_file configuration option as C:\Creo\UDF_MFG.xml, then the name of the dialog box that opens is UDF_MFG.xml.
If the file specified using this configuration option does not exist, then the dialog box appears without any data. Whereas, if the file specified exists in the location specified using the mfg_udf_info_setup_file configuration option, the dialog box displays all the UDF and manufacturing criteria names as specified in the file. In both cases, you can add UDF names and manufacturing criteria names through the respective tabs in this dialog box. You can also modify or delete the existing details in this dialog box.
2. Click the UDF Names tab to add, modify, or delete the UDF Names. Do one of the following to add or delete a UDF Name:
◦ Click
to insert a row and type the name of the UDF that you want to add.
◦ Click
to select and add an existing UDF that is not previously added to the list.
◦ Select a UDF name and click
to remove the selected name from the list.
3. Click the Mfg Criteria tab to add, modify, or delete the manufacturing criteria names. Do one of the following to add or delete a manufacturing criteria name:
◦ Click
to insert a row and type the name of the UDF that you want to add.
◦ Select a UDF name and click
to remove the selected name from the list.
4. Click the Setup tab to add or delete manufacturing criteria names for a UDF.
5. Select the UDF for which you want to add or delete manufacturing criteria names. The Mfg Criteria names that are not included are listed in the Not Selected Criteria list while those that are included are listed in the Selected Criteria list.
6. If you want to add one or more manufacturing criteria names, use the right arrow to move the selected names from the Not Selected Criteria list to the Selected Criteria list.
7. Click

8. Click Close to close the dialog box. The UDF-Mfg criteria name association file is updated with the changes, if any, that you made in this dialog box.
