About Deleting Items from Family Tables
Instances and other items can be deleted from Family Tables. Doing so removes them from the control of the table and causes all instances to reflect the corresponding changes. All the information about an instance is contained in a single row of the Family Table.
To delete an instance, you delete the row that contains the instance. If the instance is in memory, Creo Parametric warns you that the instance is no longer table-driven.

* Once you delete an instance or other item, you cannot undo the deletion. If you have deleted an instance or other item in error, you can erase the model from the current memory and close the window if you have not already saved the model. If you have already saved the model, you can close it and retrieve an earlier version. The deleted instance(s) still exist in earlier versions of the model.
