About the Images Origin
The origin is the point around which an image is rotated, scaled, or stretched. It is activated when an image is selected. It is located below the rotation handle.
The default position for the origin point is the center of the image. You can change the origin point position for each image. When you select an image, the origin point is located at the same place it was the last time you selected the image. To move the origin point, perform the following actions:
1. Click View > Model Display > Images. The Image tab opens.
2. Select the image in the graphics window.
3. Click the origin, hold down your left mouse button, and click ALT + SHIFT while you drag the origin to a new location.

* When you move the origin point, the location handle moves to remain above the origin.
