To Display the Model Revision History
Click Tools > Investigate > File History. A report displays revision information in the Creo Parametric browser. This information is also available in a file displayed in the message area. Each audit trail displays:
Item Type—Lists the type of item such as feature, parameter, layer, dimension, note, and so on.
Item Name—The name of the item.
Item Id—The ID of the item indicating location of the change.
Change Type—Selects the type of model change such as, Metadata, Geometry, Drawing, or Cosmetic.
Change Description—Changes associated with the object during the creation of the model.
Detailed Info—Any extra but important information in addition to the change description.
Time/Date—The date and time of the most recent modification to the object in the format mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss.
Rev—The current revision of the object in its product database of origin.
Rel Level—The current release level of the object in its product database of origin.
User—The owner of the object in its product database.
Actions—A list of actions that have been performed on the object, including fetching, storing, renaming, and copying.
Comment—Comments associated with the object during submission, approval, rejection, and so on.
 
* The info_output_mode configuration option determines the means by which Creo Parametric creates the audit trails.
If required, sort the report in ascending or descending order based on the contents of a column by clicking its column header. Clicking the column header again reverses the sort order.
