OFFSET_FACE_PART terminate action

OFFSET_FACE_PART displaces all dimensions of an entire face part by a specified distance.

Syntax

Options

The following options are available:

:FACE_PART - specifies the name of the face part to offset.
:DISTANCE - specifies the offset distance.

When to use

Use this action to expand or shrink an existing face part by a given offset distance in its face normal direction.

Example

The following example offsets an existing face part named p23 by a distance of 12.7.

OFFSET_FACE_PART :FACE_PART "/p23" :DISTANCE 12.7

All part names must be enclosed in double quotes (" ").
