SET_CURRENT_PART_COLOR sets the highlight color that will
be used when a part is the current part.

This action has no options.
Use this action to set the highlight color that is
used when a part becomes the current part.
The values you enter must lie in the range 0.0 to 1.0.
The following parameter sequence modifies the HSL values to
set the highlight color used when a part is current.
SET_CURRENT_PART_COLOR :HSL 0.5,0.3,0.7
