SET_FACE_TRANSPARENCY sets the transparency
value of a specified face.

This action has no options.
Use this action to set the transparency of a specified face.
You can enter one of three values.
- 1 - specifies 100% transparency.
- 0.5 - specifies semi-transparency.
- 0 - specifies an opaque face.
The following parameter sequence set a new face transparency
value.
SET_FACE_TRANSPARENCY [specify a face] 0.5
SET_FACE_COLOR terminate action
SET_FACE_REFLECTANCE terminate action
