Use this action to change the name of a 2D layout.
The following parameter sequence changes the name of a 2D
layout from layout1 to layout2.
CHANGE_LAYOUT_NAME "/p1/layout1" "layout2"
All layout names must be entered enclosed by double quotes
(" ").
