STRAIGHT_CREATION enables you to create a 3D curve straight line by specifying
either two points or a point and a direction.

This command has the following options:
- :WIRE_PART - specifies the name of the wire part to which the 3D straight
line belongs.
- :TWO_POINTS - specifies the start and end points of the straight line.
- :POINT_AND_DIRECTION - specifies the start point of the straight line,
and then its direction and length in one of two ways:
- :TWO_PTV - defines the direction and length with two points.
- :DIR_LEN - calls the MEASURE_DIR_3D_SA subaction to define the direction,
and then a length must be specified.
Use this command to add a 3D curve straight line to a wire part.
