ROTATE_MATCH_LINE rotates match lines about the w-axis of the
current workplane.

The following options are available to rotate your match lines.
- :FORWARD - rotates matchlines in the forward direction.
This is usually clockwise, but it depends on how your matchlines
have been defined.
- :REVERSED - rotates matchlines in the reverse direction.
This is usually counter-clockwise, but it depends on how your
matchlines have been defined.
Use this action to redefine how vertices in specified workplanes
will be matched.
The following parameter sequence rotates matchlines on a specified
workplane.
ROTATE_MATCH_LINE "/set1/wp2" :REVERSED
Each match line is rotated by one vertex in the counter-clockwise
direction.
All workplane names must be enclosed by double quotes (" ").
