REFINE_FACE changes the amount of graphic polygons on a
face.

This action has no options.
Use this action to improve the realistic shading across a
part. A factor of 1 will leave the amount of polygons
unmodified. A factor of 2 will increase the amount of
polygons for a given face. Factors of -4 and 0.25 are
equivalent, and they will cause fewer polygons to be
displayed for a given face. A large number of polygons
increases the visual realism of the display, but more time
is needed to redraw the viewport.
