LOAD_ENVIRONMENT loads an existing default
OneSpace Designer working environment.

This action has no options.
Use this action to load an existing OneSpace Designer
working environment. The File Browser is displayed,
and you are prompted for a filename. OneSpace Designer
automatically loads the specified file.
The following parameter sequence loads a previously saved
environment.
LOAD_ENVIRONMENT [enter environment filename]
All filenames must be enclosed by double quotes (" ").
SAVE_ENVIRONMENT terminate action
