SDPCB_RENAME_PART changes the reference designators of
a PCB part you added to a PCB assembly with the SDPCB_ADD_PART command.
---(SDPCB_RENAME_PART)--(:PCBPART)--|part|--(:REFDES)--|ref designator|--->
- :PCBPART - specifies the reference designator of the part to be renamed.
- :REFDES - specifies the new reference designator for the part.
