AM_DRAWING_RESET deletes the current drawing and all 3D information
(such as view sets) belonging to the parts represented in the drawing.

- :DWG specifies the current drawing to be deleted and associated
3D data to be removed from the corresponding parts.
- :YES confirms the reset.
- :NO cancels the reset.
Use this action to delete the current drawing in the
Annotation session, and remove associated 3D data belonging
to the parts laid out in the drawing. Note that all empty
view sets are deleted, including those not defined in the
deleted drawing. The AM_DRAWING_RESET command effectively
"resets" Annotation, returning it to its state at start-up.
