AM_DIM_LV_LENGTH_FORMAT sets the numerical format of second dimension
length values.

This command has no options. It automatically calls up the
AM_DIM_SET_UNIT_STRING2 subaction. Use this subaction to specify the
default number format for second dimension length values.
Use this action to set the format of second dimension length values
of subsequently-created dimensions.
