AM_DIM_EDIT_VALUE edits the dimension values of existing dimensions,
and underlines the adjusted value if specified.

- :DIM_LIST specifies the dimension to modify. This can be
used with the Select tool for multiple selection of dimensions.
- :RESET restores the original values to the selected dimensions.
- :UNDERLINE adds underlining (:ON) to the edited dimension values.
- :MAINTEXT specifies the new text to replace the main dimension value.
- :SECONDTEXT specifies the new text to replace the second dimension value.
Use this action to edit the values of existing dimensions, resetting
them first if necessary. Edited values can be underlined to
distinguish them from true values.
