AM_DIM_COMMON_SPACE sets the default space between either side of
the dimension text and the broken dimension line. This setting
is only valid when the AM_DIM_COMMON_LOCATION setting is on the
dimension line.

This command has no options. Enter a space distance
for the dimension text to the broken dimension line.
Use this action to set the space around dimension text on
the dimension lines of subsequently-created dimensions.
