AM_DIM_COMMON_RATIO sets the default width-to-height ratio
of characters in dimension text.

This command has no options. Enter a positive number
for the dimension text width-to-height ratio.
Use this action to set the width-to-height ratio for
dimension text characters in subsequently-created dimensions.
