AM_DIM_COMMON_COLOR sets the default color for all elements of
dimension text.
----->(AM_DIM_COMMON_COLOR)----|GET_RGB_COLOR_SA|---->
This command has no options. It automatically calls up the
GET_RGB_COLOR_SA subaction. Use this subaction to specify the
new RGB or HSL color.
Use this action to set a new color for the dimension text of
subsequently-created dimensions.
