AM_DIM_BREAK_LINE makes a gap in an existing dimension line.

This command has no options. Simply click the begin and end points
of the break on the dimension line.
Use this action to break a dimension line to avoid obstructing features. This
is also useful if dimension lines overlap or become crowded. To reset a broken
line to its original geometry, use the AM_DIM_RESET_LINE command.
