AM_VIEW_TAN_EDGES_COLOR determines the default color for tangential edges as
displayed in new views.
---->(AM_VIEW_TAN_EDGES_COLOR)-----|GET_RGB_COLOR_SA|---->
This command automatically calls up the GET_RGB_COLOR_SA subaction.
Use this subaction to specify the new RGB or HSL color.
Use this action to change the default color of tangential edges. All
subsequently created views will display tangential edges in the
specified color.
