AM_VIEW_ADD_COMP adds a component (part or assembly) to a view,
as long as the component belongs to the owning view set.

This command has no options. Specify the view to receive the component,
and specify the part or assembly to add. The Select tool can be used
for multiple components.
Use this action to add a part or assembly to an existing view. The
part or assembly must belong to the view set owning the view. To
see the changes to the view, the view must be updated.
