AM_SET_UT_REL_SIZE sets the default size for main dimension
tolerances relative to the size of the main dimension value.

This command has no options. Enter a relative size for main
dimension tolerances.
Use this action to set a new size for subsequently-created
main dimension tolerances, relative to the size of the main
dimension value.
