AM_GEO_CIRCLE_TANBY2 creates a circle tangential to two lines, arcs, or circles.

Syntax

                            (*) necessary when the default owner is not set

Options

• :GO :OK is necessary for setting the owner of the geometry.
• :OWNER specifies the owner of the geometry using the AM_GEO_SET_DOMAIN subaction.

Specify two elements to draw tangential to, and specify the new circle's radius.
